From me: Let me just tell you…this is beyond just a cookie! I am actually not really a cookie person, but this is one of my all time favorite things i’ve ever put in my mouth. And i’ll spill a little secret…we always have them on hand in our freezer, for those occasions when we need to break some clean eating rules! Shortly after my daughter was born in 2008, I discovered Etsy and was AMAZED at all of the creativity out there and just how many cute things I would find for my daughter!
